CREATIVE PROCESS
PHASE 1 : DISCOVERY
This
is where we really get to know you and your unique business model.
Our special discovery process is called Media Architecture.
This special methodology allows us to discover and
organize information about your business and special
creative marketing and advertising needs. We discuss your
company, your industry, needs, goals and future directions
to determine the best solutions to achieve your
advertising objectives. We can then plan an effective
advertising solution and implement that solution for you.
PHASE
2: CREATIVE DESIGN
In
this phase, we take the information we have gathered about
your company and incorporate it into advertising and marketing
concepts that will soon be presented
to you. We design roughs, write your copy, draw
storyboards, layout your
initial graphic design, website interfaces, storyboards,
write audio or video treatments, develop the media
buying strategies and pull all the
necessary elements together needed for your campaign or
project.
PHASE
3: CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
After
we have presented our concept drafts to you, we develop prototypes and
double-check them to make sure the look, feel and
functionality is working and on-target. All final copy,
storyboards, media buys, graphic design,
scripts, creative direction,
treatments and artwork are refined and further developed in
this phase.
PHASE
4: PRODUCTION
In this stage, we actually implement everything we have
designed for your company into a synergistic solution that
will launch your message or project to the marketplace.
Here, final copy is approved, audio and video, websites,
CD/ROMs, 3D animations, graphic designs and all other
production elements are built, finalized and produced
after approval and sign off by the client.
PHASE
5: DELIVERY
In this final stage, we launch
your entire advertising campaign and finished creative
product to the designated markets. We then monitor and track your results
and modify them if necessary.
Naturally,
every client and advertising solution may vary, but the
Media Architecture we use is very similar in each case.
We work closely with you to make sure the lines of communication
are always open and you are kept informed as to any changes
in the process.
